They put things on without your consent and then will not make any amends to your c k report...

Like I suppose to have a personal loan with a company..when I looked and its my car insurance..not a personal loan..
You need to get your staff..so they can actually help with anyone inquiry..

They have put on my credit file a credit card not in my name
- - Hard search appeared on my credit file last month.
- - First and last name matched; middle name differed.
- - PayPal says the account is fine; acted quickly.
Checking my credit file a month a ago I noticed that a hard search had been made on my file. The first name and the last name were the same as mine,but the middle names were not.l filled in a report and sent it to them no answer,this month the credit card is now open sent another repot to them still no contact.I have checked with PayPal which is the card provider and they tell me me account is fine and they have put a note on my file to beware.PayPal acted straight away well done PayPal.
